Craig has over 30 years experience cooking in some of the country's most respected restaurants and has held the position Executive Head Chef of a growing chain of Italian restaurants. That's where his love affair with pizza began. He decided to share that love by bringing the best local ingredients together and turning them into the most exciting & authentic wood fired pizzas.
Rachel has over 20 years experience in retail and customer service management. Having previously set up and run several of her own successful businesses, she now brings her own unique flare and passion, as well as a deep love of real handmade pizza.
